Levi has increased his noise level and likes to let himself be heard. One time I was talking to mom on the phone and he was squawking and she thought he was really upset. No, he just likes to yell.
We work with Lillian on not screaming. It's not terribly effective, but whenever she screams, the "books" suggest that we give her another word to express her excitement... like 'zip-a-dee-doo-da!' or 'yipee!' or 'hot-diggidy-dog!' So you could try that.
